At Mindlybody, our massages are conducted in a quiet, private room, ensuring your privacy is respected at all times. Additionally, I prioritize making you feel comfortable and regularly check your pain threshold to ensure the massage is effective with appropriate pressure.
Please wear comfortable shorts and a sports bra, and you will be covered with towels or sheets during the massage. Hygiene standards are of utmost importance to us, with the rooms, linens, and massage bed disinfected using gentle cleansing products after each client.
We use top-quality lotions that are paraben-free, perfume-free, and suitable for sensitive skin and allergies. Upon booking, I will provide you with a health waiver to accurately prepare for your treatment. You can note any allergies, preferences for the therapist (myself), and health conditions or considerations you would like me to take into account.
